Co-Founder

Ross Blankenship, PhD

Ross heads up science, product development, and marketing. He has spent nearly a decade advising leaders and enterprises on culture, teamwork and leadership effectiveness. He holds a PhD in Consulting Psychology and is passionate about the power of psychological insight to improve people's experience at work. He has written for a number of scholarly and mainstream business publications and is currently writing a book for the American Psychological Association on leadership assessment.

Co-Founder

Howard Glenn

Howard runs operations, finance, and partnership development at Leadhr. He has worked in C-suite talent advisory and recruitment for the past five years. Previously, he co-founded Watsi, the first non-profit to go through the Y Combinator. His work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, BBC World, Wired, Forbes, and Fast Company among other publications. He’s passionate about building companies that utilize technology to solve complex business and social problems.
